Fair Market Price Guides The prices listed in the NumisMedia Price Guide represents their determination of a Fair Market Value for a properly graded coin within each coin category.
Antiques Location Guide This site specializes in all things collectable. The map on the front page lets you click on your own state - or the state you may be travelling to. Then the map leads you to all the registered shops and dealers in that area.
Illinois Numismatic Association ILNA sponsors an annual convention for Numismatic friends and members. Their web site has lists of shows in other states plus lists of Illinois clubs. You can also subscribe to the ILNA Digest at this site.
American Numismatic Association The ANA provides educational materials in the form of study courses, a museum, and a library of resources. Excellent for persons who want to evolve from amatuer to expert collectors.
Central States Numismatic Society CSNS is a regional club encompassing 13 states in the central portion of the United States. It hold an annual convention in the spring of the year and publishes "The Centinel" a quarterly magazine.

U.S. Mint History Coins have been minted in eight US cities since the founding of the first Mint in Philadelphia in 1792. Here you will see illustrated US Mint histories of each facility. How Many Coins Have Been Minted? In 1793 there were 35,334 1/2 cent coins minted in the U/S. But in 1796 there were only 1,390 newly minted 1/2 cent coins minted. Coin World Magazine In addition to being a published magazine, Coin World also has a website. The prices published in the magazine are referred to as the "trends". This name is because although the prices are inflated, they will reflect a market shift before the Grey Sheet.
